This is my second post about Rain/Bi (Jung Ji Hoon), the South Korean hottie who has risen to stardom since taking the role of Lee Young Jae in the Korean drama, Full house.
Upon seeing Full house way back in 2004, I wasn’t really impressed with him as admittedly Rain isn’t that good looking. He’s a typical Korean guy. But, as I got so glued in watching the drama, Rain has his own noticeable charm plus the physique that would definitely make women fall head over heels with.
Fast forward to 2008, Rain has started being recognized not only in the Asian market but in Hollywood, as well. Being the face of so many commercials including Samsung, Clear and even South Korea’s tourism advertisements, Rain is literally almost everywhere in Asia. He’s also part of the movie, Speed Racer, by the Wachowskie Brothers. Because of that, I will be one of those who would be watching this movie. I’m willing to spend my hundred bucks just to see how his acting and English skills have improved.
As far as I know, he will also be the lead actor in the upcoming movie, Ninja Assassin. Go Rain, Go!

Yes, his character’s name is Taejo. Though I haven’t seen the movie yet and can’t judge his performance in this movie. =)
