That’s according to this year’s Time polls. Rain is, indeed, the second most influential person with more than 100,00 votes from his fans worldwide. I am one of Rain’s fans but that kind of recognition for the third year in a row is kind of far-fetched, don’t you think?
The top spot went to Shigeru Miyamoto, a video game designer. Stephen Colbert of the Colbert Report finished third and has been challenging Rain to a duel as he jokingly claimed that he can beat Rain with his own dance moves. (Click on the picture below to know why he was only joking about it.)
